¡§Beautiful Life¡¨ is the original intention of MSI. We are committed to providing our employees with a stage on which they can realize their dreams. We provide staff with diversified learning environment, and hope to give them a safe and reassuring working environment by building up a healthy corporate culture. We believe that healthy staff is the precondition of establishing a healthy company. Moreover, we are willing to share our profits with our staff to ease some of their financial worries, so that they can concentrate on their work. As for the business aspect, MSI has always upheld the business philosophy ¡§Excellent Product, Superior Quality, Perfect Service, and Customer Satisfaction¡¨. Meanwhile, with the existing fundamental business, we expanded our business and enhanced our performance by diversified management, increasing product lines and exploring new markets. In the electronics industry, we have raced to the head of the pack.
Even while pursuing a steady financial growth, we never forget our responsibility and mission as a corporate citizen. In the light of the ever changing world, we have been adjusting our steps to keep up with the rapid changes in economic, social and environment aspects in which global warming, greenhouse effect, energy saving and carbon reduction are the issues that the whole world must face together. In response to this, MSI has brought up the concept of ¡§Green Homeland¡¨ and has been working towards it. Starting from 2007, MSI has been working on the Greenhouse Gas Accounting Project and has released the first GHG Report in early 2008. In order to reduce carbon emission, we set up bicycle parking spaces, and encourage our staff to commute by bicycle. We also limit the use of elevators to save power. These activities further emphasize MSI¡¦s firm commitment in environmental protection.
In the future,We will disclosure MSI CSR report, update the content of MSI CSR web annually, and continuously implement corporate social responsibility in company governance. ¡§Beautiful Life, Green Homeland¡¨ is our goal as well as our commitment to stakeholders. We hope to build up a communication channel with our customers, suppliers, shareholders, investors, staff, community and the public by releasing our Corporate Social Responsibility Report so that they can assist us in realizing the concept of Beautiful Life and Green Homeland.
